Our most fashionable For Every Body employee is our sales director, Ashley. She always knows the latest fashions and is dressed in the most stylish way. On the other hand, our human resources director, Cory, is not one of the best dressed employees at For Every Body. Sometimes he'll forget to wear a tie, shine his shoes, wear matching clothes or comb his hair. Recently he has been getting better because of Ashley.
Ashley has been giving Cory free fashion advice, and it has made a huge difference in his appearance. He has even been smiling a little more often because of this change. A few days ago, he was dressed in a nice suit with an ironed shirt and shined shoes. Every employee was shocked to see how nicely he was dressed! He didn't even look like the same person! As Ashley continues to give Cory fashion advice, we will continue to see improvements in Cory's appearance... We owe it all to Ashley!

Fragrance Vendors
It's finally sunny in Utah! It's been so cold lately, I am glad we can finally see some sunshine again!
Starting this week, I will be posting on this blog once a day. Please send me ideas of topics you would like me to cover. Any ideas will be welcomed.
This week we are having two fragrance oil vendors visit us. I love smelling all of the new fragrances they bring! There are so many different versions of one fragrance. I was surprised at how many there were before I started working here.
For example, let's talk about a pumpkin pie candle... Each fragrance has several notes. A pumpkin pie fragrance can have a pumpkin note, a cinnamon note, a lemon note, and several others. There are hidden notes in fragrances that you wouldn't even know are there until you talk to an oil vendor.
I'll keep you posted on the new fragrances they bring. What type of fragrances do you like?

Chocolate, chocolate, and more chocolate!!
Happy Valentine's Day! Today is the day that people give away flowers, cards, chocolate, candy, etc. It is a happy day. I talked to someone today who has been married for 11 years. Today he gave his wife flowers for the first time. I'm sure that brightened her day!
This year we made a new chocolate candle line. It is perfect for Valentine's Day. We have all sorts of fragrances available.
* Chocolate & Caramel
* Chocolate & Orange Sticks
* Chocolate & Strawberry
* Chocolate & Raspberries
* Chocolate & Lime Truffle
* Chocolate & Sugar Cookies
My favorite is the Chocolate & Raspberries. We went to a trade show in Atlanta last month and gave away chocolates that tasted exactly like our Chocolate & Raspberry candle smelled. They smell good enough to eat!
Our chocolate candles are available in an 11 oz. candle, an 18 piece votive set, and a nine piece tealight set. They all have cute toppings that match their name. I feel like eating chocolate when I smell them!

Valentine's Day
Only a few more days until Valentine's Day! It is the perfect time to give away a candle. I love giving away candles for Valentine's Day. Last year I gave one of our Greeting Card "I Love You" candles away. The person I gave it to loved it. I never know what to get guys for Valentine's Day. They have it easy. They can give us women flowers, cards, pretty much anything. Men are harder to get something for.
A candle is perfect. You can give them an "I Love You" cinnamon candle and it sends the message without being too mushy. They have a great fragrance too that isn't too girly. I love them!
Here are some other ideas of things you can give your Valentine this year.
* A massage
* A home cooked dinner
* A new shirt
* Their favorite dessert
* A vacation
* A night out on the town
* A piece of jewelry
* A gift certificate
* A little shopping spree
Let me know if you have other ideas to add to the list and I'll post them! Happy Valentine's Day next week!

Recognition from Kohl's
Today we had two visitors from Kohl's come to see us. They presented us with a Vendor Accuracy Certification. This was quite an honor. They said we are the 19th vendor out of the 24 vendors that have received this certification. They said that we are in the top 1% of vendors that ship to them. We were excited to receive this recognition. They also told us that about 24 out of 3,000 vendors have received this certification.
We have been shipping our candles to Kohl's for years. This helped to strengthen our relationship with them. Our production team is doing an excellent job! We would like to thank them for all of their hard work and dedication.
